Five room types cover couples, families and backpackers: three doubles with a king-size bed, a Quadruple Room with two king-size beds and a mixed dormitory with six bunk beds. Every room has air conditioning and a fan, a private bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a refrigerator, and the Deluxe Double adds a balcony with garden and city views.

Upper floors are reached by stairs only.

Da Nang International Airport is the closest, about 30 km away. By car or with Grab the drive takes around 30 minutes, and the hotel can arrange an airport shuttle at extra charge. On public transport, the LK02 bus links Da Nang Bus Station with Hoi An Bus Station between 4:45 and 18:00, every 15 to 30 minutes, in 1.5 to 2 hours. Chu Lai Airport, about 63 km away, is an alternative. Drivers can leave the car in a paid public car park near the hotel, with no reservation needed.
The Japanese Covered Bridge, reopened in 2024 after a full restoration, is about 700 metres away; its blend of Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese motifs makes it the Old Town's best-known landmark. Tan Ky Old House, the Museum of Trade Ceramics, the Museum of Folk Culture and the Chaozhou and Hainan assembly halls are all within a kilometre. Go early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the crowds, then come back in the evening, when the lanterns are lit, many streets turn pedestrian-only and boats glide along the Hoai River. The beaches of An Bang, Ha My and Cua Dai are 3.6 to 3.9 km away, an easy ride by bicycle. February to April is the most pleasant time to visit; June and July are very hot, and September to November brings the rains, with October the wettest month.
